The manufacturing process of orthopaedic implants demands accuracy, superior surface finish and a high degree of sterility.
At the TTK Ortho Division, a well-equipped CNC machining and polishing shop manned by skilled staff produces implants with an excellent finish.
Following are the special processes used to ensure a corrosion and contamination free quality product:

The TTK Ortho Division also has the Drug License to manufacture Orthopaedic Implants - which was issued by the State Drug Controller along with the Central Drug Licensing Authority.
